Our Project Management Team attends weekly meetings to review every aspect of your project. These meetings consists of each project being discussed, in detail, any and all topics including safety, manpower, material orders, equipment rental, construction scheduling, and cost analysis. Our team of project managers has a wide variety of experience from our project portfolio, each member brings solutions to the projects, even if it is not theirs to manage. We believe these “open table discussions” provide better quality projects.
